Welcome to Antheotech Game Labs ("AGL", "we", "us", or "our"), a segment of Antheotech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, website at varalabs.systems (which is owned and operated by Antheotech), and other online services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Services.

1. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download, install, and play our mobile games for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Modifying, reverse engineering, hacking, or decompiling our mobile games or server protocols.
  • Using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience.
  • Exploiting game design flaws, bugs, or undocumented features for personal gain or competitive advantage.
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming other players or our support representatives.
  • Using our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws.

3. Virtual Items and Purchases

Our games may feature virtual currency (such as gold, gems, or coins) or virtual goods (such as skins, upgrades, or items). These virtual items are licensed to you under a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license.

Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for real money, services, or merchandise from us or any other party. All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the platform rules (e.g. Google Play refund policy).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All right, title, and interest in and to our Services, including but not limited to mobile games, artwork, code, sound effects, music, characters, and trademarks, are owned by Antheotech Game Labs or our licensors. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both domestic and foreign jurisdictions.

5. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Services, or block your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in cheating/abuse. You may terminate these Terms by deleting all copies of our games from your mobile device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTHEOTECH GAME LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR USE ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
